10/22/2002Nasai is a local Teriyaki chain. It's not fancy, but they're pretty quick and have decent food. This particular Nasai is located in the Overlake area. It's not much to look at, but it's good for a quick take-out bite. Everything we got was pretty good. The chicken teriyaki was the highlight, but the gyoza and yakisoba noodles were also good. Here's a tip: call in your order ahead of time so you don't have to wait. The interior is pretty unattractive for dining, so I highly recommend takeout instead. One more tip: you can ask them to substitute their soba (wheat) noodles for the rice with your teriyaki. Personally, I love the noodles a lot more, and many teriyaki places can't or won't do this. So put Nasai on your list for good, solid take-out food. Bottom Line: Good for quick take-out. |
