5/12/2001Luau is quite a happenin' place! Because of that, expect to wait. The bar was very crowded, but the colorful and delicious, big, fruity drinks made the wait more fun. The atmosphere is great, with bright colors and great tropical decor.We started with the recommended Pupu platter, which is a large appetizer plate. It has a
great presentation, including a fire, over which you grill your own meat. Our main courses
were good, but nothing noteworthy. We ordered the ribs and the fried rice. If I remember
right, we were just too full to try dessert, which is a good sign! But, it means that we
can't comment on them.
