This fancy Italian restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Redmond. It is true authentic Italian cuisine, and a fancy place. The staff is very skilled and knowledgable. However, with the fancy food and atmosphere comes high prices and some smallish portions. But the quality is excellent, and it's a great place to come for a romantic special occasion. Our meal started with salads and a soup. I got the Insalata Bacio, more a blend of meats, cheeses, onions, and tomatoes than a traditional "salad". It was HUGE and very heavy, but VERY tasty. However, I recommend sharing, unless you're a big eater. My wife got the Insalata Primavera, a light garden salad. It was okay, but given the two were almost the same price, I highly recommend the Insalata Bacio instead. The Spinach Soup was good, but was an extremely tiny serving. The main courses were very well prepared. My buffalo steak was cooked to perfection, and
seasoned well. My wife's Ravioli was also well prepared, in a rich and creamy sauce. I
have to give recognition to our waitress too... she recommened a very good wine in the 96
Primitivo Terra, and it was also in a reasonable price range. To top it off, we had some
Tiramisu, which like the rest of the meal was very well done.
